What We Supply

Five product families, nineteen products, each available by the bale, the pallet or the full container load. Every product is shown and described on its category page — so you can see what you are buying before you send a single message.

Why Toro Textile Recycling

Why Buyers Stay With Toro Textile Recycling

Anyone can quote you a container. The difference shows up on the fifth one.

Grades that mean the same thing every time

Our grade definitions are published on this site, not described over the phone. What we call sorted this month is what we called sorted last month, and what you receive is what the specification says.

You see the product before you ask

Every product on this site is photographed as it actually leaves our floor — opened bales, paired shoes, loaded pallets. No stock imagery, and nothing hidden behind an inquiry form.

Every load documented before it ships

We photograph and video the goods and the loading of the container, and send the file to you before the doors are sealed.

Sourced directly in the United States

We buy at source from Thrift stores, non-profit organizations and private collectors. A shorter chain means better selection and no surprises about where the goods came from. Used Clothing and Used Shoes wholesale exporters.

Houston is a port city

We load a short drive from the Port of Houston, which shortens the road leg on every container and keeps inland haulage off your invoice.

You deal with a person, not a queue

One contact from first inquiry to arrival, reachable on WhatsApp in English, Spanish and French. Most buyers hear back the same working day.

Markets

Shipping to Importers Worldwide

Toro Textile Recycling containers move to markets across Africa, Central America, South America and the Caribbean, South and Southeast Asia, Eastern Europe and the Middle East. We know which grades sell in which market — a tropical-climate buyer and a Northern European buyer should not be quoted the same load — and we will tell you plainly if what you have asked for is the wrong product for your market.

Regularly shipping to: Central America, Africa, South America, Asia, Middle East.

Sustainability

Reuse First

Every bale we ship is clothing, footwear and household goods that stay in use instead of going to landfill. Reuse is the highest-value outcome for a used textile and the reason this trade exists: the goods move to markets where they are wanted, priced within reach, and used until they are used up. We grade for wearability first because a garment that sells is a garment that gets used.

Questions

Common Questions

What is your minimum order?
Our standard minimum is 53 ft trailer or 40 ft export containers. For buyers testing a new product or placing a first order with us, we can arrange warehouse inspections — ask and we will tell you what is possible for your destination.
What is the difference between credential and sorted item clothing?
Credential is unsorted: you get everything that was collected. Sorted item clothing has been separated into named categories by garment type, gender and quality, so a bale of ladies' dresses contains ladies' dresses. Credential costs less per kilogram; sorted sells faster and at a higher price where the customer sees the garment before buying. Which is right depends on whether the sorting margin belongs to you or to us.
How much fits in a 40 ft high-cube container?
A 40 ft HC container holds approximately 40 bales of used clothing at 40,000 lbs per container. Shoes, toys and metalware load differently — see each product page. We load to fill the container you have paid for; we do not ship short.
Can I see the goods before I pay?
Yes. You receive photographs and video of the actual goods before you confirm, and we photograph and video the container as it is loaded. Buyers who can travel are welcome to inspect at 6110 Griggs Rd, Houston, Texas by appointment.
What are your payment terms?
A 50% advance confirms your order and starts processing of the load. The balance is due at the time of loading, against loading photographs and the draft bill of lading. Payment is by bank transfer in US dollars. We accept ACH/Wires on all orders.
Which port do you ship from?
The Port of Houston, one of the largest export gateways in the United States, with direct services to Latin America, West Africa and beyond. Our warehouse is a short drive from the terminal, which keeps inland haulage off your invoice.

Tell Us What Your Market Needs

Send your product, grade and volume and we will come back with current pricing and availability. If you are importing for the first time, say so — we will walk you through it rather than send you a price list and leave you to it.
